Gino D’Acampo, in partnership with Individual Restaurants, are to launch My Coffee and Deli Bar on the ground floor of the Next store in Manchester’s Arndale Centre next month.
The ‘My Coffee & Deli Bar’ concept will transport visitors to Naples, D’Acampo’s home town, serving real Neapolitan coffee and Italian food, available to eat in or take away.
The new site will offer artisan Italian flatbread Piadina, croissants, cakes, muffins and much more, all made in-house by skilled pastry chefs and bakers at Gino’s own bakery. On the menu will also be superfood yoghurts, home-made porridge topped with berries, honey or nuts, and fresh fruit, as well as cold-pressed juices made on site.
For lunch, there will be hand-stretched Neapolitan pizza, homemade pasta and classic sandwiches with a unique Italian twist – served on artisan Piadina and Spianata breads. Traditional desserts, like tiramisu and panna cotta, will be available alongside a wide selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes.
The new venue opening will be the third eatery in the city, joining D’Acampo’s Pizza and Prosecco bar, which is on the top floor at Next, and My Restaurant at the Corn Exchange.
