Salford-based brewers, Seven Bro7hers is to open a 2,750 sq ft bar at Elliot Group’s Wolstenholme Square development in Liverpool and will be the first of a number of independent cafes, bars, restaurants and retailers to be welcomed to the scheme over the coming few months.
A delighted Keith McAvoy, of Seven Bro7hers, said: “We are delighted and extremely excited that Wolstenholme Square in Liverpool city centre is to be our first Seven Bro7hers Beerhouse outside of Salford.
“We can’t think of a better place than Liverpool that embraces all which Seven Bro7hers strives for – community, togetherness and family.”
Letting agent Nick Huddleston, of CBRE, says five additional units are under negotiation and he expects further announcements shortly.
He said “Elliot Group made a promise to ensure the scheme reflected the independent vibe of the neighbourhood and this first letting sets a great tone,” he said.
“Seven Bro7hers is a cracking brand and the other businesses that we’re in talks with will sit nicely alongside it.”
The £100m development includes 10 commercial units ranging in size from 474 sq ft to 2,314 sq ft.
